新受生起- 关于吃饭

今日对于平时爱吃的猪内脏生起了厌恶之心,并告诉父亲往后不必再购买粿汁当早餐。若这样日复一日对肉类生起了厌恶,我想时日不久自己便能够越吃越清净。


午餐切了芥蓝菜,南瓜和香菇,与蒸好的米饭一起炒熟,撒点盐便吃下。要让自己好好吃饭,于是摒弃了边吃边观看节目的习惯,好好咀嚼每一口,并感受当下。芥蓝菜爽脆,南瓜未熟透,所有亦是如此。香菇饱满多汁,米饭粒粒分明,油脂有点过度,裹着一颗颗饭粒,有顺滑的感觉。

若你也可以省思,吃饭只是为了让身躯能够如常操作,能够滋养而延续生命,让你继续履行任务,那你便不会贪求满足味蕾。如实品尝,只为温饱,简简单单的,足矣。

你可以这样提醒自己:


”我如理省思所受用的食物,不为嬉戏,不为骄慢,不为装饰,不为庄严,只是为了此身住立存续,为了停止伤害,为了资助梵行,如此我将消除旧受,并使新受不生,我将维持生命,无过且安住。“
